Measure H, the unincorporated Solano County transient occupancy tax, had 56,597 no votes (64.71%) to 30,861 yes, according to NBC Bay Area. Voters also rejected Measure E, a business license tax on the unincorporated county.
Vacaville's Measure V, the Essential Services Measure, had 11,109 no votes (52.67%) to 9,982 yes.
Dixon Unified's Measure U school bond was also failing, with 55.4% no in NBC's count. ABC7 lists the Solano measures in its results.
All results are unofficial election-night and early-morning counts as of Wednesday, Nov. 4. Counties keep counting mail and provisional ballots for days, and certification comes later, so margins can shift, especially in close contests.
